Position Overview: The IB Teacher is responsible for delivering the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum in a student-centered environment. This role focuses on fostering critical thinking, global awareness, and inquiry-based learning while guiding students through academic challenges and assessments in the IB program (PYP, MYP, or DP). The IB Teacher is expected to act as both a facilitator and mentor, cultivating well-rounded, globally-minded individuals. A strong understanding of IB teaching philosophies, curriculum standards, and assessment practices is essential.

Plan and implement engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB curriculum. Integrate real-world applications and interdisciplinary connections to deepen student understanding.

Note: These trainings are often held over weekends (due to the organization of IB and sub availability) and are not compensated. We attempt to utilize professional learning days when possible.
