Part Time

Comprehend and perform all phases of building cleaning.
Help set up activities and support building functions in an economical manner.
Snow removal as required to maintain a safe environment for all building occupants

Reliable and reports to work on time

There are 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions.

  • Education/Training:
    High school diploma or equivalent

    Experience:
    One (1) year cleaning experience

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to interpret and follow oral and written directions effectively
  • Ability to work with others
  • Ability to operate all equipment related to position
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Ability to work in cramped, dirty, uncomfortable positions, and confined spaces
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Must budget time effectively
  • Ability to adhere to the Quality District Objective

    Essential Functions:
  • Repetitive lifting and hand motion
  • Pushing, pulling and lifting
  • Climbing of ladders, scaffolds and stairs
  • Ability to perform duties in a safe manner
  • Repetitive motions include crawl, bend, twist, squat, and kneel
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends or holidays as necessary

    Physical Requirements:
    Good physical conditions, ability to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
    and 75 pounds periodically, push and pull on repetitive basis, work in
    adverse weather conditions

    Safety:
    You are responsible for taking any and all steps necessary to protect
    yourself and others against occupational accidents, injuries, and
    illnesses.
