Job responsibilities include:
- Reading and understanding blueprints, wiring diagrams, and vehicle specifications.
- Installing components to support 12 volt and 120/240-volt applications on custom vehicles including:
- Generators
- Batteries
- Leveling systems
- Fuel based heaters
- Power Converters
- Isolators
- Alternators
- Rooftop air conditioning units
- Performing diagnostic tests and writing accurate reports at final inspection.
- Working on a creeper under a vehicle to install cables, fuel lines, exhaust, and other equipment.
Candidates should have these qualifications:
- Experience with power tools, wiring, and measuring is desired, but we are willing to train the right people!
- Must be willing to work on a creeper under a vehicle.
- Pneumatic and hydraulic experience is a plus.
- Quality, accuracy, and the ability to work within a crew in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
