Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for manufacturing operations.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met through effective project scheduling.
Implement and maintain compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
Utilize AutoCAD for designing process layouts and equipment specifications.
Manage projects effectively, ensuring adherence to Lean manufacturing principles.
Troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers and other automation systems within the production environment.
Stay updated on advancements in quantum engineering to integrate innovative solutions into existing processes.
Skills
:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
2-3 years of experience in an engineering / chemical engineering role, preferably within the coating or materials industry.
Strong knowledge of spray coating technologies, materials science, and surface chemistry.
Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, COMSOL, ANSYS).
Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety standards related to chemical processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Engineering/Chemical Engineering: 2 years (Required)
Spray coating technologies/materials science: 2 years (Preferred)

80,000.00 - 100,000.00 Annual
