Express Employment has a partnered with a local company that is seeking a Retail Manager that will work in a retail establishment selling clothing, accessories and shoes. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory levels.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service and fostering a positive shopping experience by greeting, interacting, and offering information about products.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensure adequate stock of merchandise and displaying fashion items.
- Ensure that the store layout and product presentation meet company standards.
- Schedule and train employees.
- Maintaining a clean and organized area.
Qualifications include:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of fashion and high end clothing is preferred.
- Physical requirements include standing for up to 8 hours per shift, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holiday!
