We are looking for a Full-Time Stylist to bring their creative and welcoming energy to our brand new salon!

Hair Stylist responsibilities include scheduling and servicing appointments, working patiently with clients to give them the look and feel they want, providing your expert opinion on hair care for your clients, participating in training and career development, maintaining a clean work environment, and complying to all State Board cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide great services to our guests with your technical and product knowledge. 
• Ensure salon meets cleanliness and hygiene standards of WI Cosmetology Board
• Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
• Promote services, products and discounts
• Receive and process payments from clients and assist with questions
• Light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Assist Salon Manager and owners as needed

Requirements and skills

• MUST hold a valid WI Cosmetology License or willing to transfer from another state
• Strong knowledge of salon treatments and products 
• Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
• Available to work 35-40 hours per week
