We are seeking a full-time, Sales Coordinator to perform a variety of sales and marketing support duties to promote LDV’s product lines.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Review proposals and contracts, collect data, assemble and submit bid packages for Sales Department.
  • Enter and maintain contact and quotation project information in customer management system.
  • Administer and maintain GSA and State Contracts.
  • Write about LDV product, manufacturing capabilities and staff in a positive and professional way.
  • Produce, test and distribute eblasts to several LDV markets using MailChimp.
  • Shoot and archive truck photos for various needs.
  • Shoot and edit vehicle walk-thru videos with GoPro camera and Final Cut Pro.
    • Maintain and update LDV’s various websites (3) as needed through Wordpress.
  • Monitor online chat and direct questions to proper internal departments.
  • Create and maintain a yearly tradeshow calendar.
  • Assist with coordination of tradeshow efforts including working with customer vehicles, booking booth electrical and shipping tradeshow materials.
    • Shoot photography for social media content.

 

Software and Skills

  • InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, Acrobat Pro/Foxit PDF, Final Cut Pro, Affinity Publisher, experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • DSLR photography experience a plus

Candidates should have these qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Interest in tradeshow planning, photo, video and graphic design desired
  • Good communication skills, strong organizational skills, strong reading and writing skills, and the ability to work with a variety of people is a must. 
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
